By using colorforge.website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What ColorForge is

ColorForge provides free, browser-based color tools — palette generators, format converters, contrast checkers, gradient builders, and an image color extractor — for designers and developers. No account is required and none is offered.

License to use the site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ColorForge's tools for lawful personal or commercial design work. You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or reproduce the site or its tools at scale without our written permission.
• Use automated means to overload, disrupt, or probe the infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or resell the tools themselves as a competing service.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights.

Colors, palettes, and exported output

Colors and color combinations themselves aren't copyrightable. Any CSS, SCSS, JSON, SVG, or PNG file you export from a ColorForge tool is yours to use freely, including commercially, without attribution — that output is your work product, generated from your own inputs (a hex code, an uploaded image, a set of parameters).

Your content

When you upload an image to the color extractor, it's processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to our servers — see our Privacy Policy. You're solely responsible for having the right to use any image you process.

Intellectual property

The ColorForge name, logo, site design, and underlying software (excluding your exported output, as above) are owned by Aire Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party links and services

Some pages link to third-party resources (Google's privacy and ad-settings pages, for instance) or display ads served by Google AdSense. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, sites, or services.

No warranty

ColorForge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. See our Disclaimer for detail on tool accuracy (e.g. contrast/WCAG results).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aire Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including any design or business decision made based on a tool's output.

Changes to the site or these terms

We may modify or discontinue any tool, and may update these terms, at any time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
